26/09/21 – See that Man all Dressed in Green?

Yesterday, I ran my 250th parkrun around my local South Norwood course, both Sue and my nephew, Dean Chandler were also participating. The time wasn’t the best as I was keeping a strict Marathon taper pace of 12min miles, but I was happy to come in right on that.
Eight and half years in the making (although admittedly, a year and half was fallow ground), I now qualify for a green 250 commemorative parkrun T-shirt (the one in the picture is just photoshop trickery!)
