01/10/2019 – Here We Go Again!

2020 London Marathon, we’re coming for ya…

The fun starts here and this place will need a spring (autumn?)-clean, for starters.

Sue will be running for Bowel Cancer UK, in memory of her Uncle Tom and Auntie Betty. Also for her Mum, Sheila, who has battled this disease and is now in remission; living a full and active life once more.

I will be running for Alzheimer’s Research UK, in memory of my dear old Dad, in his Century year.

It’s going to be a busy month as I’m away a fair bit, so bear with me whilst I re-skin the site and get it back up to muster. More importantly, our fundraising pages will be live soon so the pleading, cajoling and general blackmail will start in earnest. Oh yes, and there’s the ‘small’ matter of the York Marathon in 20 days time, that we’ve been quietly training for over the summer.
