13/11/15 – Party Hard

Another swim date with Jim, another jog there and 5K back (32:40)– I’m pleased that both are faster than Tuesday, especially as we’ll be missing parkrun tomorrow. Today we packed all the employees* of our little firm into the car and headed off for our official Christmas do a sumptuous meal and overnighter on the Welsh border here… in the middle of November – no, we don’t work for John Lewis…
